Shipping policy
Ice Graphixs Shirts products are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating when your order will arrive.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are produced within approximately 3–7 business days before shipment. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order has been handed to the carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided for your order so you can follow the shipment's progress.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If you notice an address error, contact icegraph31@gmail.com immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact icegraph31@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information.
We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination. Customs processing, local regulations, carrier restrictions, and other factors may cause additional delays.
Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
